Risevest Suspends Virtual Card Services Amid Exchange Rate Volatility

Risevest, a popular investing platform, has revealed plans to discontinue its virtual card services starting September 30, 2024.

In a recent email to its users, the company cited persistent challenges with card providers, unstable exchange rates, and delays in resolving related issues as the primary reasons behind the decision.

Reassuring users, Risevest confirmed that any remaining balances on the virtual cards will be automatically transferred to users’ Rise wallets after the service is officially terminated.
